GxAPK

GXAPK respects the rights of software authors and copyright owners. If you believe that material available on gxapk.aevnhit.lol infringes a copyright you own or represent, you may ask us to remove it by sending the notice described below. We answer every notice that reaches us.

Before you send a notice

Please tell us the package name of the application, for example com.example.app. One notice can list several package names. A package named in a valid notice is added to a blocked list, which means neither our team nor any member of this site can upload or re-upload that application afterwards.

How to file a notice

To be effective under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), your notice must include all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or of a person authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list of those works.
  3. Identification of the material you want removed, with enough detail for us to find it: the package name and the address of the page on this site.
  4. Your contact details: name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

Where to send it

Email the notice to [email protected] with DMCA in the subject line. Notices sent through comments, chat groups or social accounts may be missed, so please use the address above.

What happens next

A complete notice is normally acted on within two business days. We remove or disable access to the material, add the package name to our blocked list so it cannot come back through uploads, and tell the member who posted it that the material was removed and why.

Counter-notification

If your material was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same address. It must include your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake, your contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of a court in the district of your address, or of any district in which we may be found if you are outside the United States. We may restore the material after ten business days unless the complaining party tells us it has filed a court action.

Repeat infringers

Members whose uploads are the subject of repeated valid notices lose the right to upload, and their accounts may be closed.

Trademark and other complaints

Complaints about a name, a logo, a privacy matter or anything else that is not copyright can be sent to the same address. Please describe the problem and the page it concerns.

This page explains how to reach us. It is not legal advice, and sending a notice that misrepresents material as infringing may carry liability under §512(f).
